Report on an exchange of view of Shirin Ebadi with the European Parliament Delegation for Relations with Iran

Iranian human rights activist and Nobel Peace Prize laureate Shirin Ebadi was invited to the Iran Delegation on 6 March. Mrs. Ebadi first reported on her fight for human rights.
Tobias Pflüger, Member of the European Parliament, asked Shirin Ebadi about her position on the nuclear enrichment discussion. The Nobel Prize laureate took a clear stance against attacks on Iran: "We oppose sanctions and any military options."
